Eligibility:
Promotion is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor Companies and their respective subsidiaries, affiliated companies and agents are eligible. Board members, Supervisory Committee members, employees of Utilities Employees Credit Union, its affiliates and their immediate family members and/or those individuals living in the same household are not eligible.

How to Enter:
Contact the UECU Business Development Specialist at 1-800-288-6423 (nationwide), or in Reading PA area (610)-927-4000, and complete a 15 minute appointment discussing UECU’s ability to offer a meaningful, no-cost benefit to company employees.

To enter the drawing without completing an appointment with the UECU Business Development Specialist, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Utilities Employees Credit Union, “iPad2 Drawing”, PO Box 14864, Reading PA 19612-4864. Limit one entry per person.

No entries will be accepted after November 30, 2012. All entries become UECU’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged. UECU is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, misdirected or postage due mail.

Prizes:
One GRAND Prize – Apple iPad2 (or gift certificate equivalent to the price of an Apple iPad2 but not to exceed $600)

Rules and Restrictions on Claiming and Receiving Prizes:

• No more than one individual can claim a winning prize
• Prize must be claimed by 12/24/2012 or the prize will be forfeited
• Prizes are non-transferable.
• Grand Prize winners are required to mail back the necessary tax and ID forms to be eligible to claim the prize. The entry has to be considered a valid entry by UECU.
• The participant’s entry must be validated by UECU.
• UECU reserves the sole right to change, add, delete any prizes at any time or to extend or prematurely conclude the Promotion should any malfunction or other cause beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the promotion.
• False or deceptive entries or acts will render an entrant ineligible and UECU reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion by tampering with any entry, acting in a disruptive manner or violating these Official Rules. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may be in violation of criminal and civil laws.
• UECU is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any promotion related materials or for any stolen, late, lost, garbled, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries or for any reason whatsoever.
• The iPad2 Drawing is subject to federal, state and local laws.
• The odds of winning depend on the number of entries submitted
• All federal, state, local and income taxes and fees associated with acceptance of prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
• All expenses not described as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
• All winners grant to UECU and its affiliates the right to publicize such winner’s name and/or likeness in any advertising or broadcasting material or any other media without additional compensation or consideration unless prohibited by law.

RANDOM DRAWING: Random drawing will be held 12/06/2012. Participants need not be present to win. Drawing will be conducted by UECU, whose decision on all matters related to this promotion shall be final and binding. A participant must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements.

Release and Indemnity:
Each entrant in this promotion, including, without limitation, the prize winner, hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless UECU and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person and property arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, participation in this promotion and participation in any activity related to this promotion.
